Agenda
Day 1: ISO 9001 structure and clause intent, risk-based thinking, audit principles per ISO 19011, audit planning, and checklist development.
Day 2: Interviewing and evidence collection workshops, nonconformity writing practice, reporting, corrective action verification, and the written exam.
Assessment
Course attendance, a written exam, and participation in audit exercises are required for certification.
