Certificates
Are your auditor certifications recognized?
Our certifications are aligned with ISO 19011 auditing guidelines and industry best practices. The certificates are suitable for internal audits, supplier audits, second-party audits, and certification audit preparation. Acceptance depends on your customer and/or certification body requirements.

QMS Implementation
Do you guarantee certification?
No consultant can guarantee certification — that decision belongs to your independent certification body. What we do is prepare your system, your records, and your people so you walk into the certification audit with objective evidence that the system works. We also clearly separate our consulting role from the accredited certification body that issues your certificate.
Link to this answerHow long does QMS implementation take?
Typical implementations run several months from gap assessment to certification audit readiness, depending on organization size, site count, existing documentation, and resource availability. We build a realistic project plan during the Assess and Prioritize phases rather than quoting a one-size-fits-all number.

Internal Auditing
How do you maintain independence when auditing our QMS?
ZLG auditors have no responsibility for the processes they audit, which satisfies the impartiality expectations of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, and IATF 16949. Findings are based strictly on objective evidence, and confidentiality is protected under our engagement agreement.
Link to this answerCan you run our entire internal audit program?
Yes. We can develop your audit program, plan and execute process and system audits (remote, on-site, or multi-site), write nonconformities, deliver reports, and follow up on corrective actions — or supplement your existing audit team for specific audits.

Pricing
How is pricing determined?
Training programs have published per-participant pricing, with organizational rates for private sessions. Consulting, auditing, management, and staffing engagements are quoted after a short scoping conversation, since scope, site count, and standard drive the effort. Request a quote through the consultation form and we will respond with specifics.
