We practice the quality we teach

ZLG is an ISO and operational excellence consulting firm that helps organizations build, strengthen, and audit Quality Management Systems through work that is practical, evidence-based, and aligned with real audit expectations.

Built on production floors, not slide decks

Zerimar Legnar Group was founded by quality professionals who have run manufacturing quality systems from the inside — writing the procedures, closing the findings, facing the auditors, and living with the results. That experience shapes everything we deliver.

We teach what auditors actually look for and how to present objective evidence. We connect requirements to processes, risks, and KPIs. We train hands-on — checklists, interviews, report practice — using your procedures and your findings, because generic examples build generic skills.

Mission

Turn quality requirements into measurable operational results — through training, auditing, implementation, software, and people that make quality systems genuinely work.

Vision

To be the partner organizations trust when quality has to be real: systems that operate every month of the year and deliver value far beyond the certificate.

The people behind ZLG

Practitioners who have run production floors, closed real findings, and built quality cultures that last — now bringing that experience to your organization.

Training and audit philosophy

Training philosophy

Skills transfer through practice, not slides. Every program is built around exercises — planning real audits, writing real findings, solving real problems — customized with your procedures, forms, risks, and audit history. Then we verify effectiveness on the job, because attendance is not competence.

Audit philosophy

Audits exist to make the system better, not to fill a schedule. That takes independence, objective evidence with full traceability, findings written to drive action, and follow-up that verifies effectiveness. We audit the way ISO 19011 intends — and the way certification bodies respect.
