Built on production floors, not slide decks

Zerimar Legnar Group was founded by quality professionals who have run manufacturing quality systems from the inside — writing the procedures, closing the findings, facing the auditors, and living with the results. That experience shapes everything we deliver.

We teach what auditors actually look for and how to present objective evidence. We connect requirements to processes, risks, and KPIs. We train hands-on — checklists, interviews, report practice — using your procedures and your findings, because generic examples build generic skills.

Jaime Garate

Jaime Garate is an accomplished quality and operational excellence leader with extensive experience in manufacturing, Quality Management Systems, continuous improvement, and organizational development. A Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Jaime guides organizations in improving performance, strengthening compliance, reducing waste, and establishing a sustainable culture of quality. He also leads training programs and webinars that build skills across all levels of the organization, from production teams to leadership and support departments. His practical, people-centered approach transforms complex challenges into structured solutions and measurable results.

Francisco Rangel

Francisco Rangel is a bilingual Electrical Mechanical Engineer with more than 15 years of experience in quality assurance and quality engineering within the manufacturing industry. He helps organizations strengthen quality systems, improve manufacturing processes, solve technical challenges, and deliver consistent results. Francisco also conducts training programs and webinars designed to develop talent at every organizational level, including operations and support departments. His hands-on engineering experience and practical approach support lasting improvements in quality, efficiency, employee development, and customer satisfaction.
